Returned to this hotel for a further 51 nights and I left just as happy as before!
I’ve now stayed in and reviewed 19 Marriott Bonvoy properties in Bali and unfortunately, this is the weakest.
It was a good stay in a tourist hotspot. But I wouldn’t consider staying here when rates are 2 to 3 times more in non-pandemic times.
Great service and Elite member recognition. Complimentary breakfast on top of the usual US$10 F&B credit increases the value of staying in this hotel.
Probably the only Marriott Bonvoy hotel in Bali that you should avoid.
Yet another fantastic stay in a severely underpriced hotel in Bali.
Fantastic value and elite member recognition. One of my favourite long stays in recent months.
Flawless stay with a generous upgrade. Another Virtuoso / STARS sweet spot while nightly rates remain low.
Well-maintained villa, outstanding Elite member recognition. The Marriott STARS rate made my stay feel like a complete steal.
Beautiful river view from the corner rooms.
Beautiful panoramic view, great Elite member recognition.
It’s not cool to blast loud music into guest rooms all day long.
Received a lot more than I expected. Outstanding value.
Ridiculous sweet spot at the moment and opportunity to make speculative bookings in Dec 2021.
Cave vibes in a tourist hotspot.
Over the hills and far away. Beautiful room design and fantastic views!
New Category 4 property under Marriott Bonvoy that opened its doors in October 2019. This property was rebranded from Golden Tulip Bay View and Aston Ungasan before that.
This hotel was rebranded from Vasanti Seminyak Resort in 2016. It is a fairly small property with only 93 standard guest rooms and 28 suites.
