What counts as a”stay”?
A “stay” is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel.
In other words, making 2 bookings for 2 consecutive nights in the same hotel will only count as 1 stay. But staying in the same hotel on days 1 and 3 (non-consecutive) counts as 2 stays.
How to take full advantage of this offer
Stay twice in cheaper hotels
As this offer does not have a minimum spending requirement, staying twice in cheaper properties would give you the most value.

As shared in Suitesmile Chat Telegram group, I highly recommend redeeming the free night at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place, if your schedule permits. The Executive Lounge at this property is available (for free) to all guests, regardless of status. It serves high-quality breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, evening cocktail and dinner, again, all for free!
The “downside” about staying in this hotel is that this is peak hospitality that you can receive at such a low rate. All other properties that you stay in after this one, would be unimpressive. 🙂

A “stay” is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/checkout activity, on any Points-eligible rate (“Qualifying Rate”). Book stays directly through Marriott Channels in order to participate in the Promotion.
Registration of your Marriott Bonvoy® account is required. Registered members can earn one (1) Free Night Award valued at 35,000 Points after their second (2nd) eligible paid stay during the Promotion’s earning period (the “Promotion”). Earning period starts the same day after the member registers and continues through the end of the month, plus an additional two (2) months (the “Earning Period”). Registered members electing to earn Miles are not eligible for this Promotion. A “stay” is defined as one or more consecutive nights spent at the same hotel, regardless of check-in/checkout activity, on any Points-eligible rate (“Qualifying Rate”). Award redemption nights including Points redemption, Cash + Points, or Free Night Awards redemption are not eligible for the Promotion.
