How to access this lounge
I visited this lounge before my Singapore Airlines Economy Class flight from Singapore to Manila, to kick-start my long journey to the Middle East.
Priority Pass members can access this lounge for free with the right membership level, for up to 3 hours.
Singapore’s Citi Prestige cardholders get unlimited complimentary access +1 guest, while other cards like Citi PremierMiles and DBS Altitude get 2 complimentary access per year.

Travellers can also pay S$58 to gain entry to this lounge for 3 hours with shower use; or S$45 without shower.

General areas
I like the tall ceiling in this lounge and the amount of natural light that it gets. There is also an outdoor/smoking area where you can get a view of the apron.
Shower room
Priority Pass members can use the shower room without any additional charge, but an in-person booking is required.
Food & Drinks
The lounge has a small selection of hot food from the buffet, as well as salad and self-service bean-to-cup coffee machine.
Visitors can also get made-to-order noodles.
Priority Pass holders are entitled to 4 alcoholic drink vouchers from 6am till midnight.

Bottom line
Ambassador Transit Lounge in Singapore Changi Airport T2 is a decent lounge to relax in before your flight. However, keep in mind that it can get pretty crowded occasionally, when there are many flights departing at around the same time.
Alternatively, as a Priority Pass holder, you can also visit SATS Premier Lounge in the same terminal.
How come SATS premier lounge T2 is rated 6 for food but here is 7? SATS food seems to be more in terms of variety. Unless the flavour for Ambassador lounge is much better?
You’re right, I’ve always preferred quality to variety. That SATS Premier Lounge T2 review is over 4 years old though. I’ll try to visit the lounge again for an update.
