Ambassador Transit Lounge Changi Airport Terminal 3 is located near the movie theater and Ambassador Transit Hotel. This lounge was really full when I arrived. There was no table near my seat. I had to put my drink on the floor. I went to get something to bite and found the glass of water missing from the floor beside my seat. The cleaner may have removed it. This place is sad. If you do not have any of the memberships required, you can purchase a 3-hours pass for $44. But please don’t.

Conclusion

Occupancy aside, food was just okay, alcoholic drinks are chargeable, there are no privacy zones and not all seats have tables and charging ports within reach. I have 3 more Priority Pass lounges in Changi Airport to review but this is currently the worst one here. The guy who processed my entry could have at least told me about the occupancy like how it was in Marhaba Lounge. Even though it is sub-par, I have experienced plenty of worse airport lounges abroad. This shows the high level of standards of Priority Pass lounges in this airport.
