If you do not have Hyatt points, you’ll be happy to know that purchasing the points is cheaper than paying the usual cash rate, regardless of membership status!

Location
The hotel is located in a business district in Eschborn, Frankfurt. The surrounding area felt very safe and is filled with office buildings. However, I couldn’t find many restaurant options nearby and the nearest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away.
- 12 mins walk to Eschborn Süd station
- 25 mins train to Frankfurt central
- 20 mins drive to Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
- 45 mins train to Frankfurt Airport (FRA)
Arrival
I had booked the base room on points and as a Globalist member recognition, I was upgraded to a Studio King room 2 days before arrival. This is one category above the base room.
Studio King
Room 509 is 28sqm / 301sqft in size.
The room has clean design elements and felt very modern, as you would expect from a newly-built property.
Like all Hyatt House properties, it came with a fully-equipped kitchen.

Breakfast
Breakfast is complimentary for all guests and was served at the lobby lounge from 6 to 10am on weekdays and 6 to 11am on weekends.
Breakfast quality was good for a European hotel at this price point.
Other facilities
The hotel does not have a swimming pool but comes with a basic gym near the lobby.
