Bottom line
Kuala Lumpur and Sydney are cities that Singapore-based travellers can visit quarantine free.
However, the temporary cut in VTL quota is making it difficult to book flights at short notice and take advantage of this deal. It also doesn’t help that these rates are prepaid and non-refundable.
