+ Do I need to get approval by 5 Feb 2021?
No, you just have to apply by 5 Feb 2021 and get approved by 5 Mar 2021.
+ Can foreigners apply?
Yes, the minimum income requirement for foreigners is $60,000 per annum.
+ This sucks. I am already holding a Standard Chartered credit card which I don’t really use. What can I do?
Call the bank to cancel that card. You will be considered as a new customer 12 months from now and will be able to take advantage of future promotions.
+ Do I need to have a bank account with Standard Chartered to apply for a credit card?
No, anyone can apply.
+ Do I have to pay anything to apply?
No. The card’s annual fee is automatically waived for the first two years and you are free to cancel the card if you don’t like it after a few months. Don’t feel bad about keeping the gift. 😉
+ I am holding a credit card from Standard Chartered of another country. Will I qualify for this promotion?
Yes, you will qualify if you have not held a credit card from Standard Chartered Singapore as a principal card holder in the past 12 months.

Wait 1 hour to receive an acknowledgement email from Standard Chartered. This email will have the reference number. If you do not receive the email, call Standard Chartered after 1 or 2 days to request for it. REMEMBER to fill up the redemption form once you have the reference number.
