Plaza Premium Lounge is located in the transit area of Terminal 1 of Singapore Changi Airport. There are clear directions to the lounge once you enter the transit area. It is located next to Emirates Lounge and the upcoming Qatar Airways Lounge. If you do not have Priority Pass, you can purchase a 3-hours access for $49.
I have visited this lounge a number of times in the past and there were always a queue to enter. This was the first time that I visited in the morning and had never seen it this empty. There is a nice view of the runway and those seats closest to the floor-to-ceiling glass window are always the first to fill up.
Besides the food in the buffet line, there is also made-to-order laksa available. I get cold treatment from the cook every time I order a dish here and this time was no exception. Strange thing to get used to, no? Alcoholic drinks are chargeable at $10 to $14 a glass. The bar is always unmanned and you will need to look for a staff somewhere if you want to order a drink.

Conclusion
I liked this lounge for its view of the runway and nothing else, to be honest. I will be ranking the best priority pass lounges in Changi Airport Terminal 1 soon and I can promise you that this one won’t take the number 1 spot.
