Best AMEX card in Singapore
Unfortunately, AMEX cards in Singapore are pretty weak when it comes to earning frequent flyer points.
However, the AMEX True Cashback card is one of the best credit cards in Singapore as it allows you to earn 1.5% cashback on transactions where you can’t usually earn any points/cashback (e.g. insurance, school, hospital).

Bottom line
At the moment, AMEX cards are not a big part of my miles/cashback strategy. But offers like these keep me interested in keeping more than one card (as long as the annual fee waiver is granted every year), to potentially double the savings when a good offer like this comes along.
