These are great Economy Class fares for flights from Bangkok to Europe. Remember to credit them to Krisflyer, use Extrabux and the right credit card for even more value/savings!
The flight has to start from BkK. How does sg based traveller make this work? Can traveller skip the first leg (BKK-SIN) and only board the second leg (SIN-CDG) in sg?
You can’t skip the first leg and will have to position in BKK to catch the flight. Of course, it will make a lot more sense if you are doing a short Bangkok trip, before catching the flight to SIN and onward to CDG.
Noted with thanks. How about return leg CDG-SIN, can sg based traveller disembark in sg and forget about the boarding second leg to BKK? Will there be airline penalty for that behaviour?
It is possible but airlines REALLY don’t like it. There is a chance that they would flag and ban your Krisflyer account.
