Qatar Airways had a Business Class lounge in Dubai International Airport but it was closed since the Qatar-GCC rift. The respective nations have recently reconciled their differences and I was on the inaugural flight from Dubai to Doha on 27 Jan 2021.
While Qatar Airways plan for a new lounge in Dubai, Business Class passengers now have access to The Gallery lounge. This lounge is also a Priority Pass lounge.
Staff at the reception were not attentive nor friendly. I stood at the check-in desk for 5 minutes without anyone noticing me.
The lounge is very spacious and I liked the layout. However, it was seriously lacking power sockets or charging points. Guests were leaving their phones on the floor near random power sockets that they could find.
Food was offered through an assisted buffet. There was a wide variety of hot food and quality was good.

Bottom line
I hope that this lounge is just a temporary arrangement for Qatar Airways Business Class passengers as it is not doing a good job representing the brand.
