After multiple delays, World of Hyatt’s peak/off-peak award chart is now live!

Below is the new award chart for standard rooms.

Key points to note
- The new award chart is for stays from March 2022 and beyond.
- You can now redeem Hyatt points for free nights from just 3,500 points (worth US$53) for Category 1 properties (instead of 5,000 points).
- Some award nights (with off-peak rates) will cost more points, start from 7,500 points for Category 1 properties.
- Hotel categories are remaining the same.
- “Peak” nights are capped at 182 nights per year.
- Search award availability via a calendar view on hyatt.com on mobile or desktop (screenshots below).

This is exciting news for flexible travellers like me but it is not great for World of Hyatt members who travel mainly during the weekends or holiday seasons.
