UPDATE 1035 hours, 17 June: Received multiple feedback that Agoda cancelled bookings made after 1010 hours. People are still able to get confirmation for bookings made on Traveloka.
This error rate can be found easily up till November 2020 on Agoda and booking.com. You can easily find rates of around $35 on these dates but as you scroll further down and click on “more deals”, you will see a rate of $3 or $4 before taxes and fees. Of course, it’s best to book one with Free Cancellation and Free Breakfast.

Conclusion
Like all other error fares or rates that I have posted, there is a very high chance that the hotel or OTA would cancel your booking and not honour these rates. Hold back from making further travel plans as long as you can. Given that this error rate offers free cancellation, it is a no-brainer really. Act fast on this one! I suddenly have a 3-weeks (pending) vacation in the beautiful city of Kyoto in November, just before the Qatar Airways flight to Auckland 😛

Thanks Fairuz for the timely update. Managed to snag 4 rooms during the first week of December for the school holidays. Hope the Covid-19 situation by then has improve vastly.
