There are two Aspire lounges in Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, No. 41 for Schengen flights and No. 26 for Non-Schengen flights. There was a short line when I arrived and I could hear the rude tones in the manner the front desk staff spoke to those guests. It wasn’t any difference when my turn came.
I was greeted by a lovely view from this lounge and went straight to the few vacant seats by the huge glass windows.
The food options are very limited and there were no hot food.
The business centre only has one computer. Can be frustrating if you need to print some documents urgently and someone else is using it.
If you are not flying in a premium seat or have some sort of complimentary access to this lounge, you may buy a pass here that will give you 3-hours access for $40.
Top complimentary amenities:
WiFi
Drinks (including alcoholic)
Food (warm and snacks)
Computers
Shower
Conclusion
Nice lounge for some drinks and plane-spotting if you ignore the staff up front with poor service standards. No one should be paying $40 for this though. You’ll be better off spending that money in a cafe nearby.

Fully agree with you on the reception staff – have visited this lounge a few times (in the good old days before Covid) and every time greeted by some staff that seems to not want to be there. Just around the corner at the BA lounge, staff are totally friendly and helpful – day and night difference in attitude.
