Review: Premier Lounge Ngurah Rai Bali International Airport

Time of visit: 2000 hours
Entry type: Free via Priority Pass from Citibank Prestige Mastercard

Premier Lounge is the most visited lounge in Ngurah Rai International Airport, Bali as passengers from all major airlines except for Garuda have access to it if they fly in Business or First Class. Walk-in is not allowed but you can purchase a pass at Lounge Buddy for $33 for a 3-hours access.

I have visited this lounge two other times in the past and find that it is always crowded, no matter what time of day. Having said so, I always managed to find a seat after some searching. Some tables at the far end are placed uncomfortably close to one another. Toilet is also not well-maintained.

Food is just okay. Not great and not well replenished. There is only one coffee machine and it was down 2 out of 3 times that I was there.

Conclusion

Considering the fact that this lounge is servicing premium passengers from top international airlines, the experience is very poor. You should definitely not be paying $33 for this as you will get better food from the restaurant downstairs or pay for T/G Lounge next door.
