Which Frequent Flyer Program for flights to each region?

If you are based in Singapore and do not want the extra work of maintaining miles on different Frequent Flyer Programs (FFPs), I recommend just sticking with Singapore Airlines’ Krisflyer. If you are like me, always wanting to squeeze the most value juice out of your miles, read on!

I prefer redeeming my miles on medium to long haul flights only unless if there is a Spontaneous Escape deal between Singapore and Bali which only requires 5,250 miles each way. Most of the redemptions that are worth it to me, are on Business Class and I do not redeem my miles for a premium cabin for flights under 4 hours.

Conclusion

Some of these redemptions require you to take a second flight, either before or after the award flight. It is worth noting that round trip flights from Istanbul to London goes for about $200 on British Airways and Singapore to Hong Kong on Cathay Pacific.
