Is this a good deal to buy Marriott points?

Historically, the best Marriott Bonvoy points sales are those labelled “60% bonus”, where members can buy points for 0.78 cents each. But it’s been a long while since we saw such an offer.

Members can receive great value for their points by redeeming them for “sweet spots” that are shared below, as well as on nights when the hotel’s cash rate is high.
