The Pan Pacific Multi Hotel Stay DISCOVERY Dollar (D$) Promotion (the “Promotion”) applies to qualified eligible stays of at least 2 nights at all properties of the Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts, PARKROYAL COLLECTION, and PARKROYAL Hotels and Resorts by GHA DISCOVERY members. The Promotion allows members to earn a bonus of up to one hundred fifty Promotional DISCOVERY Dollars (D$150) on completed eligible stays in addition to the Base DISCOVERY Dollars earned on that completed stay.
To take advantage of the offer, participants must be a member of the GHA DISCOVERY programme and must have accepted the GHA DISCOVERY programme Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Participation conditions:
To participate in the Promotion, members must register for the Promotion within the promotional opt-in period (18 May 2026 – 30 November 2026) prior to their stay by clicking on the “Register” button on the designated website page. Once they are registered as being opted in, members must then book between two and four eligible stays of at least 2 consecutive nights at different properties during the promotional booking period (18 May 2026 – 30 November 2026) and complete the stays related to those bookings within the required stay period (18 May 2026 – 30 December 2026). The eligible stays must be completed and the member must be checked out on or before 30 December 2026 for Promotional D$ to be awarded. Ongoing stays with a checkout date after 30 December 2026 will not receive Promotional D$.
Members who have registered for the Promotion and complete a qualified eligible booking within the above mentioned promotional period will receive D$ as follows:
- 1st eligible stay at the 1st property – D$0
- 2nd eligible stay at the 2nd property – D$25
- 3rd eligible stay at the 3rd property – D$50
- 4th eligible stay at the 4th property – D$75
No additional promotional D$ will be awarded for any further stays after the fourth eligible stay within the promotional stay period. Each eligible stay must be completed at a different property.

Bookings made prior to 18 May 2026 will also not be considered towards the promotion. Bookings and eligible stays made prior to the Registration will not be considered as a qualified eligible stay towards the promotion, even if they are in the Promotional Stay period.
Bookings that include multiple rooms, will be considered as a single stay. For overlapping stays, the promotion will only apply to one of the stays.
“Ineligible rates” do not qualify for earning Promotional D$. “Ineligible Rates” shall include, without limitation:
- Third-party online retailer rates, such as Expedia.com, Booking.com, Hotels.com, Orbitz.com, Priceline, Travelocity.com, etc. (“OTAs”);
- Bookings made with tour operators, tours series rates and charter rates;
- Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly;
- Travel-industry staff rates;
- Other discounted rates;
- Any complimentary, free, traded or bartered night stays, or any stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers;
- Corporate and wholesale rates.
Promotional D$ are awarded in addition to the Base D$ that are issued as a result of completing the eligible stay. Promotional D$ are subject to a limited expiry term of six (6) months from the date of issuance and are therefore excluded from the Base D$ expiration rules. Any Base D$ earned on a member’s stay will be subject to expiration based on standard tier-based expiration rules.
