For a limited time, Citi PayAll is offering cash rebates for payments made through the facility.

What is Citi PayAll?
Citi PayAll is a payment facility offered by Citibank Singapore. Citi cardholders can use it to pay rent, insurance premiums, taxes, school fees and more.
Cardholders can earn miles/points for payments, but will be charged a small fee.
Because of this fee, cardholders will pay slightly more than their actual expenses to earn miles. Hence, when using Citi PayAll, cardholders are essentially “buying” miles, and importantly, with conditions (unlike UOB Payment Facility, this is not a no-questions-asked method of buying miles).

Eligible cards and earn rates
For the first time, all 4 eligible cards (listed below) will have different earn rates in this Citi PayAll promo.
Note: While the Citi Rewards card is a must-have miles card, it should not be used for this promo as the cost per mile with a 0.4 mpd earn rate is pretty horrible.
| Card | Earn Rate | Fees (after rebate) | Cost per Mile |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() Citi ULTIMA | 1.6 mpd (4 points) | Tax: 1.9% Others: 2.4% | 1.19 – 1.50 cents |
![]() Citi Prestige | 1.3 mpd (3.25 points) | Tax: 1.9% Others: 2.4% | 1.46 – 1.85 cents |
![]() Citi PremierMiles | 1.2 mpd | Tax: 1.9% Others: 2.4% | 1.58 – 2 cents |
![]() Citi Rewards | 0.4 mpd (1 point) | Tax: 1.9% Others: 2.4% | 4.75 – 6 cents (AVOID!) |
How is “cost per mile” calculated?
This is best explained with an example: Say you have a S$10,000 tax bill that you plan to pay through Citi PayAll, using the Citi PremierMiles Card:
| Bill Amount | S$10,000 |
| Citi PayAll Fee | S$190 (1.9% fee) |
| Total PayAll Payment | S$10,190 |
| Total Miles Collected | 12,000 (S$10,000 * 1.2 mpd) |
| Cost per Mile | S$0.0158 (S$190 fee / 12,000 miles) |
