Is the Citi Prestige Card good?

Due to poor earn rates, the Citi Prestige Card is not a good card to spend with. However, it’s among the ‘best of the worst’ due to better miles flexibility. Payment must be made with a Citi Prestige Card.
Promo code will entitle user SGD100 off return NETT fare tickets on Business Class, for all flights from Singapore to any destination in the Singapore Airlines network. The discount is not applicable to taxes, fees and ancillaries such as insurance, excess baggage and seat selection.
