Airport lounge entitlement via Priority Pass
Since the announcement in Oct 2024, UOB PRVI Miles cardholders can enjoy 4 complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year (via Priority Pass) as an evergreen card benefit. It was a long-awaited enhancement for a Miles card with pretty weak benefits.
Note: Additional visits (beyond 4 per calendar year) are chargeable at US$35 per visit (not worth it).
🛋️ Credit cards with free airport lounge access
Guest visits are chargeable
Unlike most other cards that come with complimentary airport lounge access, the entitlement on the UOB PRVI Miles Card can only be used by the principal cardholder. Guest visits are chargeable at US$35 per visit.
Maximum 4 visits across all PRVI Miles cards
Additionally, each UOB customer can only enjoy a maximum of 4 complimentary airport lounge visits per calendar year, even if they hold other variants of the UOB PRVI Miles Card:
What can you do with Priority Pass?
Priority Pass entitlement gives you access to airport lounges, restaurants and spas worldwide, where you can enjoy complimentary food, drinks, haircuts, massages, and even manicures and pedicures.
In Singapore Changi Airport alone, there are a whopping 26 lounges, restaurants and spas to use your Priority Pass entitlement on.

Note that some of these establishments are located airside (after airport security/immigration), while others are located landside (public area). Check this easily on the Priority Pass app.

How to use your free Priority Pass entitlement
12 hours after registering your UOB PRVI Miles Card for the complimentary Priority Pass entitlement, your 4 free visits will be ready to use.
Follow these steps to enter an eligible Priority Pass lounge, restaurant or spa:
- Show your boarding pass to the staff and say that you’d like to use Priority Pass to enter
- Open the Priority Pass mobile app and log in
- Tap on Card
- Let the staff scan your QR code to record the visit
Note: UOB PRVI Miles Visa and Mastercard holders can also access Priority Pass lounges by showing their physical card.

Priority Pass entry and usage rules
There are a number of general entry and usage rules for Priority Pass visits, though not all establishments enforce them.
Check the general entry and usage rules for each establishment on prioritypass.com or the Priority Pass app.
When can you enter?
In most cases, you are only allowed to use the lounge visit when you have a boarding pass with a same-day departure (usually extended till 6am the next day to accommodate late flights), regardless of airline or cabin class.
Some establishments allow access with an arrival boarding pass, while others only with a departure boarding pass. The only way to find out is to visit in person.
What can you get?
For airport lounges, you can eat, drink and use other facilities like showers, computers, printers and nap rooms at no charge. Note that some lounges set a limit on food and beverage consumption.
For restaurants, there’s usually a fixed F&B menu for Priority Pass guests to choose from, or a fixed credit amount that you can use to offset items in the menu (typically around US$25 in the local currency).

Some restaurants that allow entry with an arrival boarding pass may even allow you to take-away the meals.
