Here are the terms and conditions for this promo, as shared by Pelago:
1. This promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Encounters Pte Ltd (“Pelago”) and is valid for bookings made between 21 July 2025 (00:00 Singapore time) and 31 July 2025 (23:59 Singapore time) (“Promotion Period”).
2. During this Promotion Period, you can enter these promo codes to earn bonus miles on any destination except Singapore.

– 500 bonus KrisFlyer miles with minimum spend of SGD 80
– this is in cumulative to existing KrisFlyer miles earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago
– two uses per user
– Limited redemptions and Product Exclusions apply
– Not applicable on the Kris+ app
BEYONDSG2K
– 2,000 bonus KrisFlyer miles with minimum spend of SGD 300
– this is in cumulative to existing KrisFlyer miles earn rate of 3 KrisFlyer miles for every SGD 1 (or equivalent) spent on bookings made and completed through Pelago
– two uses per user
– Limited redemptions and Product Exclusions apply

3. This Promotion is applicable to all experiences on Pelago, but is NOT stackable with other promotions or promotion codes. Pelago Customers who applies any promotion codes during checkout of Eligible Bookings will not receive the Bonus Miles offered in the Promotion.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Miles it will be credited directly into your KrisFlyer membership account. Pelago shall not be obliged to notify and/or update the Pelago Customer on their eligibility after the booking has been made, before the Bonus Miles are credited.
5. The Pelago Customer must enter their own KrisFlyer membership number upon checkout. The Pelago Customer should ensure that their booking details should correspond with their KrisFlyer membership details for the Bonus Miles to be successfully credited to their KrisFlyer membership account.
6. The Pelago Customer must be a valid KrisFlyer member at the time of booking, and must continue to maintain their membership at the time of completion of the booked experience. Non-KrisFlyer members can visit www.KrisFlyer.com to find out more about membership and how to enrol.
7. The Pelago Customer will not be allowed to transfer the Bonus Miles to another KrisFlyer account. Singapore Airlines shall automatically reverse any such transfer.
8. The Bonus Miles to be awarded under the Promotion is subject to the availability of Bonus Miles allocated for redemption. Pelago reserves the right to terminate the Promotion in the event Bonus Miles are no longer available for redemption.
9. Subject to the fulfilment of the above conditions, the Bonus Miles will be credited to the KrisFlyer membership account of the Pelago Customer within 7 days after completion of activity.
