Eva Air Infinity MileageLands and Anantara Vacation Club (AVC) has brought back a promo that is hard to miss. I shared the previous edition was in Jul 2023.
AVC runs targeted offers like this periodically, as shared in Suitesmile Chat, but this one, in partnership with EVA Air, is open to pretty much anyone.

Travellers can book a 3-night stay at one of these properties from as little as S$109 per night and, as mentioned above, receive complimentary roundtrip airport transfers, daily breakfast and 10k EVA Air miles.
Other than the Bangkok property, all others come with larger suites/villas and allow total room occupancy of up to 4 adults and 2 children.

Is this a good deal?
Considering the price and what’s included in the package, I’d call it a pretty good deal.
The only main catch is the 90 to 120-minute presentation that you and your spouse are required to sit through, and the sales person that you MUST dodge at the end of it (please also warn your significant other!). Bonus: Do a quick ChatGPT/Reddit research on AVC and tips on how to quickly reject the salespersons, before you head down for the presentation. Or…just use these ChatGPT replies that I got 😉:
Also, keep in mind that there’s a US$50/night surcharge for stays on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, which takes away a lot of value from this promo.

Terms and conditions
1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless otherwise specified.
2. Offer is valid for bookings until 30 September 2025 and stays completed by 31 December 2025.
3. Offer is subject to availability and substitutions of an equal or higher value may be offered.
4. Either you or your spouse/partner must be between 28 and 65 years of age and you must have a minimum combined annual income of USD 75,000. You are required to participate in the offer together with your spouse or partner.
5. Offer cannot be combined with any other offer and is non-refundable, non-transferrable, not redeemable for cash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.
6. Offer is for accommodation, hotel taxes and service charge only. Any other expenses incurred will be charged.
7.
