What is an eligible stay?

Are all rates included in this promotion?

Do I have to register for this promotion?
Yes. Hilton Honors members must register for the promotion.
I am not a Hilton Honors member; can I participate in this promotion?
Only members can participate. You can join the Hilton Honors program for free, register for the promotion and immediately be eligible to participate.
If I already have a reservation, is it eligible for the promotion?
Yes, as long as the member is registered for the promotion prior to check-out of the stay and the reservation is for an eligible stay. Regardless of when a reservation was booked, any registered guests with nights within the Promotion period will receive the promotion Bonus.
If I check-in before 01/07/25, or check-out after 30/09/25, do I still earn credit for that stay?
Registered members checking in before 01/07/25, will receive credit for their stay if the stay is completed on or after 01/07/25, and prior to or on 30/09/25. If you start a stay in the middle of the promotion period and check-out after 30/09/25, you will not receive the Bonus.
Will I receive bonus Avios for any stays within the promotion period that I completed PRIOR to registering for the promotion?
No. Only members registered prior to check-out will receive the bonus Avios within the promotion period.
When will the bonus Avios appear in my Privilege Club Account?
Please allow 6-8 weeks from the completion of your stay for the bonus Avios to appear in your Privilege Club Account.
Can I register for other promotions if I am eligible for this promotion?
Yes, unless stated otherwise in the Terms and Conditions of other select promotions, a member can register for multiple promotions.

Qatar Airways Booking Incentive Promotion Terms & Conditions
Offer valid for stays completed 01/07/25 to 30/09/25 (“Promotion Period”) at any hotel or resort within the Hilton Portfolio. Participants must be Hilton Honors members and register for the Promotion prior to completing a stay within the Promotion Period.
Members must register between 01/07/25 and 30/09/25 to be eligible for the Promotion. Registered Hilton Honors members checking in before 01/07/25; will receive bonus Avios for their stay if the stay is completed on or after 01/07/25, and prior to or on 30/09/25.
Registered Hilton Honors members will earn 750 bonus Avios once the first qualified stay is completed during the period. Offer only applies to the first stay taken within the promotional period and booked on Hilton direct channels only.
Members must also add their Qatar Airways Privilege Club membership number as their preferred travel partner in their Preferences on Hilton.com prior to check out on their first qualifying stay to be eligible for this offer. Registration alone does not entitle a Hilton Honors Member to the bonus Avios offer. Name must match the name on the QRPC account and Hilton Honors account, to receive the bonus Avios.
