Is this better than using Miles cards?

With 3% cashback and zero FX fees, there is no doubt that this is better than any Miles card in Singapore (which mostly come with over 3% in FX fees). But keep in mind that this promo requires a minimum MYR spend of S$200 by 17 Jul, and the S$9 cashback cap means that you can earn the cashback on up to S$300 worth of spending at most.
