Seats.aero has added Qatar Airways Privilege Club award search functionality in beta, allowing users to find and track Privilege Club redemption opportunities.
What is Seats.aero?
In a nutshell, Seats.aero is an independent platform that searches flight and hotel award availability across multiple Frequent Flyer and Hotel Loyalty programs at lightning speed. Users can also set up award alerts and view live seats maps.
More on these features later.
New: Qatar Privilege Club award search and alert
Browsing through Qatar Airways’ website for award availability can be an arduous process, as members can only search 7 days at a time. For the longest time, the (quick and free) workaround has been using the aa.com method.

Now, Seats.aero members can browse Qatar Airways Privilege Club award availability on a number of partner airlines easily, thanks to the Beta support. Pro members can see all available dates for the entire year ahead, while those with a free account can see up to 60 days.
Tip: Remember to set the max. number of points to filter out Flexi awards (2x award rate).

Still in Beta
The newly-launched Seats.aero’s support for Privilege Club is still in Beta, and may show some inaccuracies.
Unlike the KrisFlyer support, which started off with just one airline (Singapore Airlines), Privilege Club support in Seats.aero currently covers the following airlines:
- American Airlines
- British Airways
- China Southern
- Iberia
- Japan Airlines
- Malaysia Airlines
- Qatar Airways
- Royal Air Maroc
- Sri Lankan Airlines
- Virgin Australia
As of the time of this article, it is not possible to search for Qatar Airways award availability between Singapore and European cities, just Doha. Although, the easy workaround is to just select American Airlines as the FFP of choice in Seats.aero.
I think it’s nice to see more FFPs getting supported by Seats.aero. However, the way I see it, the Privilege Club support is not doing many things better than what we’ve been getting through American Airlines AAdvantage on this platform, aside from accurate award rates and Flexi awards shown.
Seats.aero price
Seats.aero offers a free plan that allows users to search and set up unlimited alerts up to the next 60 days.
For full-year searches and other features (shared below), you can get a Pro subscription that costs US$9.99 per month, or US$99.99 per year (~US8.33 per month).
Discounts are rare, and the best offers are usually around the 11.11 or Black Friday period, as I’ve previously shared.

Seats.aero features
Unlike other similar services, Seats.aero is known for SPEED, as the server delivers cached award availability. For this reason, there may be slight inaccuracies when the search results first load. But if you wait a few more seconds, it will be updated with live results.
Here are my favourite seats.aero features:
1) Search award availability across multiple FFPs
As mentioned earlier, Seats.aero has a free account that allows you to search for award availability across all supported Frequent Flyer Programs (FFPs) with basic filters. However, this is limited to the next 60 days only.
The Pro account allows award searches and alerts up to 365 days ahead, and with advanced filters.
Note: Seats.aero covers thousands of routes, but unpopular ones may not be supported.
Supported FFPs include:
- Air Canada Aeroplan
- Air France/KLM Flying Blue
- American Airlines
- Emirates Skywards
- Qantas Frequent Flyer
- Qatar Airways Privilege Club
- Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer (Beta)*
- United MileagePlus
*As of the time of this article, KrisFlyer is facing a lengthy outage on Seats.aero.

2) Search hotel award availability
While Seats.aero is famous for searching flight awards, it also has a great tool for searching hotel awards called Rooms.aero.
This feature is also available to users with a free account, but limited to the next 60 days. Pro users can search up to 365 days ahead.
At the moment, this features covers hotels in the following hotel loyalty programs:
- Marriott Bonvoy
- World of Hyatt
- Hilton Honors
- IHG One Rewards
There is also a great tool to search the cheapest hotel of each loyalty program, around the world or in a particular country. This is useful for those looking to do a mileage run. Use this page for Marriott Bonvoy.
3) Create alerts for award availability
Users can create unlimited alerts for Flight or Hotel award availability. With this time-saving feature, you wouldn’t need to manually monitor award availability.
Here’s how an award availability email alert looks like. The system detected First Class award availability from Tokyo Haneda to London Heathrow on ANA THE Suite. As availability is found on United MileagePlus, it is most-likely bookable on other partner FFPs like:
- Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer
- EVA Air Infinity MileageLands

4) Seat Map Viewer
Pro users have access to the seat map viewer, to check which seats (across all classes) are blocked, occupied or available. Users can also create alerts, when chosen seats become available.
This feature is useful for:
- Monitoring bulkhead seats
- Monitoring window seats
- Monitoring together seats (for couples and families)

This was a great feature on another paid service, ExpertFlyer. However, support on that platform has been really poor. Now that this feature is on seats.aero, I can finally cancel future renewals on ExpertFlyer.
4) Fare Class viewer
Pro users can use the fare class viewer to see all available fare classes. This is useful for travellers who want to check the remaining Lite or Promo cash fares that are still available on a particular flight.

Is Seats.aero useful for Singapore-based travellers?
Let’s quickly run through what seats.aero can or cannot do for Singapore-based travellers, when it comes to flight awards and alerts:
✅ Qatar Airways awards on any FFP
✅ Finnair awards on any FFP
✅ ANA awards on any FFP
✅ Air France/KLM awards on Flying Blue
✅ Singapore Airlines awards on any FFP*
✅ Cathay Pacific awards on non-Asia Miles FFPs
✅ EVA Air awards on non-Infinity MileageLands FFPs
*As of the time of this article, KrisFlyer is facing a lengthy outage on Seats.aero.
The following airlines have different pools of award availability on their own FFPs. They are not supported by seats.aero on their own FFPs.
❌ Cathay Pacific awards on Asia Miles
❌ EVA Air awards on Infinity MileageLands

Other great features work as expected:
✅ Hotel award availability and alerts
✅ Seat Map Viewer (with alerts) on popular airlines (incl. SQ)
✅ Fare Class Viewer
