Take Note: Chocolate Card usage temporarily limited to S$250 per transaction

UPDATE 14 MAR 2025: Transaction limit increased to S$1,000 (previously S$250).

Chocolate Finance (ChocFin) is implementing a temporary spend limit on the Chocolate Card, due to unusually high withdrawal requests in recent days, triggered by influencers on social media.

Key points to note

  • S$250 per transaction spending limit, until further notice
  • AXS transactions and e-wallet top-ups are no longer supported
  • Instant withdrawals are indefinitely paused (expect 3-6 business days processing time)
  • If/When needed, ChocFin customers can request for withdrawals at any time
  • ChocFin assures customers that investments are securely custodised and safeguarded within Singapore’s regulatory framework

✍️ Due to game-changing benefits, I view the Chocolate Card as a must-have miles/travel card in Singapore.
