Marriott Bonvoy Promo: Get 1,000 Bonus Points per night and Double Elite Nights

Marriott Bonvoy has a new global promotion starting in a couple of weeks, and it is now open for registration.

Key points to note

Earn 1,000 bonus points (worth US$6) per night, with no limits
Get 1 additional Elite Night Credit per night, to achieve Elite statuses easier
Registration is required by 14 Apr 2025
Stays must be completed between 11 Feb and 28 Apr 2025 (77-night period)
Only paid nights are eligible, award nights do not count
Bookings made before the promotional period will also qualify, as long as the stays are completed within that period
Bonus points and additional Elite Night Credits will be credited within 10 business days after checking out

Is this a good promotion?

Marriott Bonvoy ran similar offers in 2021, 2022, 2023 and 2024.

This is a great promotion, as members can achieve the Platinum status after staying just 25 actual nights (to earn 50 Elite nights) within the 77-night promotional period. This can be achieved at a fairly low cost if you can have travel plans in Malaysia or Indonesia in the coming months!

Of course, you do not need to earn all 50 Elite nights during this period. Members have up till 31 Dec 2025 to qualify for a status, with or without double elite nights.

Marriott’s membership status earned in 2025 can be enjoyed till Feb 2027.

In my opinion, Marriott Bonvoy’s Platinum/Titanium status is the best hotel membership status for travellers based in Singapore and the surrounding region. This is due to great benefits, large worldwide portfolio and competitive nightly rates.
