Terms and conditions for fares and discount codes

1. The above fares are on a per person basis and include all applicable taxes/surcharges. Taxes and surcharges are correct as of 1 December 2024 but are subject to change due to currency fluctuation. The taxes are final at the point of ticketing. 
2. Sales period:
   • 11 to 16 December 2024
3. Travel period for fares:
   • To North America: 1 January 2025 to 31 March 2025
   • To rest of destinations: 1 January 2025 to 30 September 2025
4. Travel period for discount codes:
   • From 1 January 2025 to 31 August 2025
5. To enjoy the offer, customers must book their flight ticket(s) through the official Cathay Pacific website. 
6. This offer is not applicable to fuel surcharges, taxes, cancellation or change fees/penalties, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges.
7. The discount code “YESALLSG” is not applicable for travel to Hong Kong and only limited to the first 300 eligible transactions, valid for both one-way and round trip bookings.
8. Each YES! Day Special discount code is limited to the first 50 eligible transactions and only available until 11.59pm (GMT+8) of each day. Valid for both one-way and round trip bookings.
9. The selected destinations for YES! Day Special discount codes are:
   • “YESCNSG” – 11 December: Chinese Mainland – Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing, Qingdao, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wenzhou, Wuhan, Fuzhou, Haikou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Xi’an, Zhengzhou, Ningbo
   • “YESNEASG” – 12 December: Northeast Asia – Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, Sapporo, Seoul, Taipei, Kaohsiung
   • “YESSWSG” – 13 December: Southwest Pacific – Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, Auckland, Cairns, Christchurch
   • “YESNAEUSG” – 16 December: America + Europe – Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Chicago, Boston, Vancouver, Toronto, Dallas, Madrid, Milan, London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Manchester, Zurich
10. The discount codes cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
11. The discount codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash. This discount codes may not be transferred or sold and will not be replaced if it is lost or stolen.   
12. The discount codes cannot be combined with any other coupons or any other offers or discounts or promotions.
13. Premium Economy Class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to switch their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy Class, Economy Class seat will be offered without any fare refund.
14. For an itinerary that involves a stopover in Hong Kong, please use the Multi-city/Stopover option to book your flights
15. Rebooking: rebooking fees apply for travel date and flight changes on the same route, subject to booking class availability, ticket validity and any applicable taxes or fare differences. Please refer to ‘fare conditions’ during booking.
16. No-show: no-show fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to ‘fare conditions’ during booking.
17. Refund: Cancellation fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to ‘fare conditions’ during booking.
18. Asia Miles accrual: the exact number of Asia Miles earned for a flight will appear during the booking process.
19. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
20. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
21. Offers are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific Airways.
22. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.
23. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
24. Effective from 3 June 2024, bookings made with discount codes will no longer be entitled to the 24-hour free cancellation benefit for members.
25. We reserve the right to make final decision and/or to withdraw (as applicable) on all matters relating to the discount code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.
26. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
27. Fees for services and baggage of codeshare flights may be different from Cathay Pacific Airways, including on HK Express codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier’s website for information on their optional fees and services.
28. Cathay Pacific terms and conditions apply. We reserve the right to suspend, amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability.

[Year-End Sale 2024 – YES! Day Special Bonus Asia Miles Offer] Terms and Conditions:

1. The bonus Asia Miles campaign (“Offer”) is provided by Cathay Pacific Airways Limited (“Cathay Pacific”) and Asia Miles Limited (“AML”).
2. The Offer is valid on:
   • 14 December 2024 for discount code “YES5000SG1” until 11.59pm (GMT +8) (“Offer Period”).
   • 15 December 2024 for discount code “YES5000SG2” until 11.59pm (GMT +8) (“Offer Period”).
3. Travel period:
   • The travel period for YES! Day Special discount code “YES5000SG1” is from 1 January 2025 to 31 August 2025.
   • The travel period for YES! Day Special discount code “YES5000SG2” is from 1 Janaury 2025 to 31 August 2025.
4. This Offer is only available to a Cathay Membership Programme member (“Member”) who made a booking on cathaypacific.com for flights marketed and operated by Cathay Pacific originating from Singapore for one-way or round-trip travel (“Eligible Ticket”).
5. During the Offer Period, Members who has purchased an Eligible Ticket will be eligible to receive 5,000 Asia Miles as bonus Asia Miles (“Bonus Miles”) in addition to the Asia Miles earned from the Eligible Ticket.
6. The total number of Eligible Tickets that are available for this Offer is 50 for each discount code.
7. To qualify for the Offer, during the Offer Period, Members are required to fill in their Cathay Membership Programme membership number in the flight booking and enter the discount code “YES5000SG1” or “YES5000SG2” on the day it is valid at checkout. Any attempt to apply the discount code after checkout will not be accepted.
8. Discount code is not applicable for Multi-city/Stopover.
9. Effective from 3 June 2024, bookings made with discount codes will no longer be entitled to the 24-hour free cancellation benefit for members.
10. The discount code cannot be redeemed against taxes, supplier fees, cancellation or change fees, administrative fees or other miscellaneous charges, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

13. In the event of more than one Cathay Member in the transaction, all Members in the transaction will be eligible to receive the Bonus Miles, subject to the Offer quota of 50 for each discount code.
14. Each Member can only receive the Bonus Miles once during the Offer Period.
15. Bonus miles will be accorded upon booking and miles will be credited 8 weeks after booking is made.
16. Tickets that are reissued or refunded will not be entitled to the Bonus Miles.
17. Fares are subject to reservation system seat/booking availability of Cathay Pacific.
18. Cathay Pacific will not be liable for any losses in connection with incorrect and incomplete information provided by a member when participating in this Offer.
19. The Cathay Membership Programme Terms and Conditions shall also apply. To the extent there is any inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
20. Other Cathay Pacific terms and conditions apply.
21. In case of any dispute, the decision of Cathay Pacific and AML shall be final.
22. This Offer, including these terms and conditions, are governed by the laws of Singapore.
23. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
