Eligible flights

This promo covers EVA Air-operated flights, in Economy Class, between the following cities:

City ACity BAward
Rate
Bangkok
Ho Chi Minh
Manila
Hong Kong
Taipei
Los Angeles
San Francisco
50,000
25,000

Taxes/fees (each way) should be between $200 – $290, depending on the airport of departure.

All routes that do not originate from Taipei, will include a layover in Taipei.

Travellers can enjoy the discounted award rate on one-way bookings, as long as each booking between the above-mentioned eligible cities include at least one of the following flights:

RouteFlight No.
Taipei to Los AngelesBR 6
Taipei to San FranciscoBR 8
Los Angeles to TaipeiBR 5
San Francisco to TaipeiBR 7

If youโ€™re flying to/from eligible cities other than Taipei, the other segment can be on any flight number. For example, with 3 to 5 daily EVA Air flights between Bangkok and Taipei, you can choose any of these, as long as the Taipei โ€“ Los Angeles/San Francisco segment includes an eligible flight number.

Another point to note is, members cannot enjoy the discounted award rate on a single roundtrip booking, and can only book flights departing Los Angeles/San Francisco (inbound), if they already have an “outbound” booking. In other words, make 2 one-way bookings if you want to fly roundtrip.

How to book?

No registration is required. Simply log in to your IML account and search for an eligible flight.

You’ll need an IML account to search for award flights, but you do not need enough IML miles to view award availability of EVA Air flights.

Award availability on the eligible routes are fantastic, you shouldn’t face difficulty in finding one on your preferred travel dates.

Tip: When you see Available(Unconfirmed), it means that the seat is available.
