For a limited time, Citi PayAll is offering 1.75 miles per dollar for payments made through the facility.
What is Citi PayAll?
Citi PayAll is a payment facility offered by Citibank Singapore. Citi cardholders can use it to pay rent, insurance premiums, taxes, school fees and more.
Cardholders can earn miles/points for the payments made, but will be charged a small fee.
Because of this fee, cardholders will be paying a little more than their actual expense, in order to earn miles. Hence, by using Citi PayAll, cardholders are essentially “buying” miles, with conditions.
Key points to note
- The promo period is 7 Oct 2024 till 28 Feb 2025
- No registration required
- Earn a total of 1.75 miles per dollar (or 4.375 points per dollar) on all transactions set up through Citi PayAll
- The Citi PayAll service fee is 2.6% (do not select the “zero fees” option if you want to earn miles/points)
- Minimum spending of $5,000 is required
- Bonus miles/points capped at $150,000 during the offer period, on only one eligible card
- Bonus miles will be credited within 12 weeks after the offer period (by 23 May 2025)

Eligible cards and bonus miles
As mentioned above, if a cardholder meets the minimum spending of $5,000 on non-tax payments within the offer period, one will earn a total of 1.75 miles per dollar.
However, as each card have differing base earn rates, the bonus miles/points calculation varies.
Although Citi Rewards is a must-have card, I recommend using one of the other cards instead, if you have one. This is so that you do not need to wait up till 23 May 2025 to receive the majority of your miles! Plus, miles/points earned on the other 3 cards do not expire.
❗Remember: ALL the following cards will earn 1.75 mpd in total with this offer, and with ALL cards, you’ll be paying about 1.49 cents per mile.
Card | Base Miles | Bonus Miles | Cost per Mile |
---|---|---|---|
Citi Rewards | 0.4 mpd (1 point) | +1.35 mpd (3.375 points) | 1.49 cents |
Citi PremierMiles | 1.2 mpd | +0.55 mpd | 1.49 cents |
Citi Prestige | 1.3 mpd (3.25 points) | +0.45 mpd (1.125 points) | 1.49 cents |

Citi PayAll is running a good offer for cardholders to “buy miles” for as little as 1.49 cents each, when making payments through the facility. This is about 9% cheaper than the previous offer for non-tax payments.
While this is not a no-questions-asked way of buying miles, the facility does cover a huge range of qualifying spending categories.
