Trip.com is running a flash voucher sale on selected hotels in Singapore. There are some great deals in here and they offer free cancellation too!
It is nice to see some proper staycation deals from an Online Travel Agency (OTA) after weeks of mediocre vouchers offered directly by local hotels.
Important points to note
All vouchers are prepaid.
All vouchers that have not been redeemed can be cancelled anytime for free and will be fully refunded.
These vouchers can be used on hotels that have been approved by STB starting tomorrow, 22 Jul 2020.
Most properties offer a validity period up till 30 Jun 2021 but some only till 31 Mar 2021.
There are some blackout dates (usually on the eve of a public holiday). Please check on the hotels’ voucher pages before purchasing.
Not all hotels offer complimentary breakfast.

Why only 3 hotels?
For most hotels, the price difference of the voucher from the usual price is too small. Even though hotels like Shangri-La, InterContinental and Four Points offer very good value during this flash sale, you can get similar deals on other days as well, as stated in my article listing the best staycation deals in town right now. You may still get vouchers from these hotels if you like to have more freedom on date selection or the ability to cancel for free. But I know that you guys are here for the absolute best deals. 😉

Conclusion
